Trifork Security changes its name to Wingmen Security. The name change reflects a clear ambition: to become Denmark’s strongest Cisco and Splunk partner, offering customers deeper expertise and new opportunities.
The rebranding marks the next step in the process that began in October, when Wingmen Solutions acquired a majority shareholding in Trifork Security.
With Wingmen Security, customers gain access to a unified and strengthened security offering, where expertise and technology work seamlessly together. It is the same team answering the phone and the same specialists behind the screens. The name is new. The trust remains.
“With Wingmen Security, we are stronger than ever in the market. In fact, Wingmen will become a Preferred Partner across all six Cisco technology areas, which is quite unique,” says Peter Rafn, CEO of Wingmen Solutions.
A unified Cisco and Splunk setup
Wingmen now brings to market integrated solutions based on Cisco and Splunk — two technologies that have become closely connected following Cisco’s acquisition of Splunk in 2023. Wingmen Security will be responsible for presales and delivery, while Wingmen Solutions will handle sales and marketing.
In particular, the Denmark-based SOC service has already attracted positive attention from customers.
“The market response has been very positive. We are seeing strong interest in our combined capabilities. It is inspiring to see how quickly customers respond to the new opportunities, even before we have fully begun — it confirms that we are on the right track,” says Peter Rafn.
Through the acquisition, Wingmen Solutions also gains access to competencies that extend beyond traditional security, especially within observability — providing insight into what is happening across networks, devices, and OT environments.
Although the name is changing, the foundation remains the same. All existing agreements and partnerships will continue unchanged.
The name change took effect on December 15, 2025.
