Over the past weeks Springboard Network has carried out local kickoffs across all our countries. With the participation of CEO Kåre Christensen, CFO Erik Meinders (CPA/RA), and EA Kristine Wichmann Nielsen, the journey across borders has provided valuable insight into how shared goals and strategy take shape in different ways throughout the organization.
In the Netherlands, Avit and Springboard Services celebrated the year’s achievements under the theme “Growing Together.” In Germany, system.de – System & Project GmbH engaged in focused and forward-looking group discussions, while in Denmark they warmly welcomed 50 new colleagues from Wingmen Security.
Although each kickoff had its own energy and local character, the common thread remained clear: a strong shared ambition for growth, collaboration, and an even better workplace going forward.
Each gathering provided space both to reflect on the past year and to align on the priorities that will shape 2026 — with a clear focus on what matters most to our teams: development, teamwork, and well-being.
